the location proved ideal for accessing st pancras station. convenient transport links are nearby. the room had a decent size for the price i paid and included all necessary amenities. i found communication to be straightforward and access to the hotel simple through the use of passcodes.
The room faced the street. Thus, it was quite noisy for me.

the staff were helpful and accommodating! they kindly looked after my bags after i checked out, as my train wasn't until later in the day. this service allowed me to explore the area without luggage.

the location proved quite convenient for accessing nearby transportation hubs.
the check-in process was a complete disaster. i never received the promised access code despite multiple attempts to contact them. i spent an absurd amount of time struggling to get into the building late at night and i felt utterly stranded due to the lack of on-site staff to assist.

The location is amazing It is just a short walk to Russell Square Station. I found plenty of shops and food places in close proximity so I was never hungry. The staff kindly looked after our bags after we checked out since our train wasn't until later in the day
The overall cleanliness wasn't as great as I'd hoped surfaces were quite dusty. The sink drained slowly and had a noticeable odour from the shower. I feel a bit cheated
